Location

I’m based in Knowle, Solihull, where I offer 1:1 Sound Therapy sessions from my narrowboat between March and December. This floating, intimate space has been created as a calm sanctuary — a place to slow down, rest deeply, and gently come back home to yourself.

I also offer home-visit Sound Therapy, 1:1 Yoga & Couples Yoga, private Sound Bath spaces across the West Midlands and Worcestershire, bringing sound healing & the journey of yoga into the comfort of your own space.
